What To Expect During Your First Appointment
For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID if you have one. For your privacy, the visit begins one-on-one so there is space to share and ask questions freely. A support person can join later in the visit if you would like.

You can expect a safe, judgment free space to talk through pregnancy options and get clear information.

Most first appointments last about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the service.
